As part of the licensing process for the Undersea Natural Gas Pipeline Installation Work in Bangkudulis, North Kalimantan, PT. Samator LNG and PT. Arohera coordinated with the relevant government institutions including Pushidrosal, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Investment, KKP, Ministry of Defense, ESDM, Ministry of Environment, and other related parties in North Kalimantan, held an Integrated Site Survey activity which was carried out on 26-28 October 2023 at the Bangkudulis gas well location on Mangkudulis Island, North Kalimantan. This project aims to deploy a natural gas pipeline from the Bangkudulis Gas Well on Mangkudulis Island to Tarakan Island, via the Sesayap River bed. The background to this project began with the selection of PT Samator LNG as the winner of the auction to purchase gas from the Bangkudulis Field, North Kalimantan, owned by PT. Pertamina Hulu Indonesia.
